The Challenge

Building a complete visual identity for a personal Twitch channel from scratch, and evolving it through 3 full redesigns over time. Every asset needed to feel cohesive, reflect the NeptuneFish brand, and work within the technical constraints of live streaming (OBS scenes, transparency, readability at small sizes).
This is a self-directed project: I'm both the designer and the end user, which means every decision was tested in real broadcast conditions.

The Set (Current Version)

The current iteration is the third complete redesign of the streaming kit. It includes screens, overlays, and a custom PNGTuber avatar.

Platform Context

Primary platform: Twitch. After Twitch changed creator policies, I ran a year-long experiment streaming on YouTube. The experience gave me direct comparison between both ecosystems: YouTube demands more planning and fights an aggressive CRT algorithm, while Twitch offers more modularity and comfort for live content. Returned to Twitch with a clearer understanding of what each platform requires visually and structurally.

Tools & Process

All graphic assets designed in Krita and Inkscape. Stream setup and scene composition in OBS. Video editing and motion work in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (transitioning to Kdenlive and Natron on Linux).
