The platform connects event hosts with vetted chefs and hospitality partners, replacing scattered communication with a structured inquiry loop. As a fractional design consultant, I audited high-friction checkout touchpoints, corrected context-dropping navigation paths, and instituted usability heuristic frameworks to elevate team operational maturity across web and mobile.

Overview A luxury UAE catering marketplace experienced booking drop-offs and needed senior design guidance to audit core conversion flows and refine internal design operations.

Objective Diagnose systemic conversion leaks, protect vendor quotation workflows from administrative fatigue, and mentor the internal design team on system scalability.

Action Audited the four-step fulfillment loop, restructured profile-to-brief routing logic, established Figma file taxonomy, and introduced usability heuristic checklists.

Results Removed critical navigation breaks across custom inquiry funnels, standardizing production files across web and mobile platforms for engineering handoff.
