Project Overview

Isaiah Ragsdale is a strategic advisor who has worked with the NFL (Baltimore Ravens) and Division I athletics. He needed a digital presence that matched his high-performance background, something that moved away from "generic consulting" and toward "The Second Brain for Founders."

Objective :
Build a conversion-focused Webflow site that communicates elite-level authority, captures leads for high-ticket advisory, and structures complex service offerings into clear "Paths" (Advisory vs. Strategy Sessions).

The Challenges

Information Hierarchy: The client offers deep, multifaceted services (Business Model Design, GTM Strategy, Investor Readiness). The challenge was presenting these without overwhelming the visitor.
Brand Authority: The site needed to reflect Isaiah’s pedigree (Maryland Football, NFL Ops, MBA candidate) while remaining accessible to emerging startup founders.
Conversion Friction: The site needed to funnel users toward two distinct engagement models with zero confusion.

The Solution

Strategic Architecture: I structured the site around the "Second Brain" concept, emphasizing pattern recognition and framework-driven problem-solving.
Engagement Pathways: Designed a custom "How It Works" section that clearly differentiates between the Advisory Path (long-term) and the Strategy Session Path (intensive), allowing clients to self-qualify.
Performance-First Build: Developed the site in Webflow using the Client-First naming convention for scalability and lightning-fast load times.
Visual Storytelling: Integrated high-authority imagery and sleek iconography to represent "Sustainable Growth" and "Operational Excellence."
