The problem
The sales team was juggling spreadsheets, forgetting follow-ups and losing track of where each deal stood. Off-the-shelf CRMs were too heavy and too expensive per seat.
What I built
Lead capture from forms and email into one pipeline
Kanban pipeline with stages, owners and deadlines
Automated follow-up sequences triggered by stage changes, so nothing goes cold
Activity timeline per contact, with notes, calls and emails in one place
Role-based access for managers and reps
Next.js frontend, NestJS API, PostgreSQL
Result
One place for the whole pipeline, follow-ups that fire on their own, and a CRM the team adapted to how they sell instead of the other way round. Demo video above.
