The problem

Home workout apps can't tell if your form is wrong. The client wanted a coach that watches you through the camera and corrects you live, without a native app or special hardware.

What I built

Real-time pose tracking in the browser with TensorFlow.js and custom posture-detection models, running on a webcam or phone camera

Rep counting and form scoring per exercise, with instant feedback when alignment drifts

Personalized training plans that adapt to past sessions

Progress tracking with endurance, intensity and precision metrics, plus streaks to keep people coming back

Landing page, app UI and brand identity in Next.js, React, TailwindCSS and Framer Motion
