The problem
Franchise applications were coming in by email and PDF. Nobody could tell where each candidate stood, documents got lost, and follow-ups depended on someone remembering.
What I built
Multi-step application form with save-and-resume, so candidates can come back and finish later
Applicant dashboard showing the status of every step and which documents are still missing
Admin back office to review, comment, request changes and approve
Automated emails at each stage of the process
Next.js frontend, NestJS API, PostgreSQL
Result
Every application in one pipeline, with candidates and the franchise team seeing the same status. Screens above.
