In 2019, I joined BetterUp's pool of writers. The objective was to write the in-app content for several mental health modules, from resilience to stress management.
I wrote content based on scientific articles, summarized content, and created short descriptions for the in-app resources.
I also created content for mindfulness and development exercises.
