Coinmart's National Campaign

In 2024, I lead Coinmart's national Branding and Acquisition campaign in The Netherlands. I managed the project from strategy & launch, to managing the ongoing campaign with different stakeholders, focusing on increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Problem

Coinmart needed to enhance its brand presence and significantly increase its customer base in a competitive market. The challenge was to create a compelling campaign that would drive substantial traffic and new customer acquisition.

My Contributions

I conducted in-depth market research and developed an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Utilizing my skills in stakeholder management, Marketing strategy, I led a team managing all aspects of the campaign, from data analysis to execution.

Outcomes

The campaign resulted in a 1156% increase in branded search and a 702% rise in direct traffic, and a 32% lift in monthly customers acquired, significantly boosting Coinmart's market presence and customer base.
