Built a multi-condition lead routing system in HubSpot that auto-assigns leads by territory, deal size, and source. Eliminated manual assignment and cut response time from 4 hours to under 8 minutes with zero leads missed. Includes lifecycle stage triggers, SLA-based follow-up sequences, and deduplication logic across the full revenue pipeline.
