Built a production-ready AI-assisted Zoho CRM agent using n8n to support lead creation, retrieval, and operational CRM tasks. The workflow accepts user input, routes requests through a controlled AI layer, and executes validated Zoho CRM API actions such as creating leads, fetching records, and managing active buyers.
The system includes strict action boundaries, memory handling, and API validation to prevent unintended changes. This design enables reliable CRM automation while reducing manual effort and maintaining full control over business-critical data.
