Built a reporting pipeline pulling MRR, churn, and pipeline data from Stripe, HubSpot, and Zoho into a live Google Sheets dashboard refreshed every 24 hours. Eliminated 6 hours of weekly manual reporting. Anomaly detection fires a Slack alert when any metric drops past a set threshold. Built for a 3-person ops team managing $2M ARR.
