Webflow Growth Platform for a Payroll & HR Services Company

A site the team couldn't safely touch, turned into one they run themselves.
Cleverlohn had a live site that couldn't keep up with where the business was headed. Every time the internal team tried to update it, something broke: layout bugs, mobile responsiveness giving out, no way to move fast on the SEO pages the growth strategy needed. We rebuilt it on a real component system, unlocked page building without a developer, and got the funnel, localization, and animations all working the way they were supposed to from the start.
Before & after
The brand basics (colors, typography) were already there. What wasn't there was a build the team could safely evolve. Every fix attempt introduced a new layout bug or broke something on mobile. The real problem wasn't the design, it was that nobody could touch the site without risking it. We rebuilt it so new pages assemble from the same components instead of getting hand-patched every time.
A component system that carries straight into Webflow
We started in Figma with a real component library, not one-off page designs, then carried those same components into Webflow. That's what makes the build modular: change a component once, and it holds everywhere it's used. We redesigned the core pages on top of it, Home, Contact, 404, Demo, Pricing, About Us, plus a mega menu rebuilt for both SEO/AEO and a cleaner look.

A Webflow build powered by the Mast Framework
We moved the site onto the Mast Framework, unlocking Page Building so new pages come together from existing pieces instead of being built from zero. That's what let a CMS-driven Location page template go live for programmatic SEO across German regions, and it's why their own SEO content writer can now ship static pages without waiting on a developer.
Smoother, self-managed, and speaking two languages
Standardized GSAP stagger animations bring sections to life, and the client can toggle them on or off without touching code. Core pages now live in English alongside German, and a rebuilt HubSpot form powers the sales funnel end to end.
