Overview
The challenge? Set up a digital presence for an Ed-Tech start-up. At the time, the company did not have much followers, so I decided to define the personality of the brand, ideated content on the line of their message, and build a community.
What
Established a strategy and schedule to post.
Ideated content in the form of carousels, stories, posts, and reels.
Wrote short pieces of content for the carousels.
Set up a Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure the performance of content and campaigns.
Collaborated with graphic designers.
How
I started by understanding the goals and message they want to send.
Did a competition analysis - what other brands in the same space doing on social media.
Researched on current trends to get insights.
Found a middle point where the brand can add value to the users.
Ideated and wrote content pieces for social media channels.
Reported the performance of campaigns and post.
