Grog & Gruel, a restaurant/pub from Scotland, was the perfect group case study for a heuristic evaluation on their web page to identify usability issues, prioritize them, and deliver a new design option that addresses and rectifies the pain points.
Through a detailed heuristic evaluation of the Grog & Gruel original web page, we discovered many usability issues. We rated them on a prioritization scale from 1 to 4, where 4 was allocated to the severe problems that needed to be solved immediately.
