Based on the interviews most of the users agreed that the recruitment process they went through was good, however, in some parts of the process, the surprise factor of not knowing what to expect or what is happening could be eliminated, as well as the response time, and (recruiter/candidate) contact could be strengthened. For this reason, it is expected that improving the talent page of Elastyc incorporating a space for candidates as a digital point of contact to inform, train, and share. In this way, the proposal to implementation inside the portal was come up, adding a profile for candidates that facilitates the process and keeps them informed.
