I built Sip to make water logging and fasting-window tracking easy to manage in a focused iPhone and Apple Watch experience.
The problem
Daily tracking needs to be quick enough to fit into an ordinary day. Adding another routine should not make it harder to log a drink, check a timer, or review past activity.
What I built
Sip combines an interactive water tracker with fasting timers and a shared setup flow.
Quick and custom drink amounts, daily water goals, and history
Scheduled water reminders and customizable units and visuals
Fasting presets for 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, and 18:6, with timers and session history
Apple Watch water logging and fasting timers
Optional Apple Health water export, including past logs with their original timestamps
Product approach
The water-and-fasting update brings related tracking tools together while preserving existing water history. A revised onboarding flow introduces water goals, Apple Health, and reminders, so users can set up the parts they want to use.
My role and result
Creator and developer. I developed Sip into a published mobile product and expanded it with fasting, Apple Health export, and an updated onboarding experience. The app focuses on personal tracking and reminders, without presenting itself as medical advice.
