We initially started with the requirement, then moved into the research phase and finally established our requirements along with timelines. After this we started to develop page designs and rolled them out using A/B testing.

Super effective , we used a project management tool to manage all our pages, bugs, changes etc. we always met timelines as a team without compromising on quality.
