The client’s goal was to create a mobile app that simplifies the process of organizing and running sports tournaments. This allows users to focus on the game itself rather than organizational complexity.

We designed a mobile app with 200+ screens. The crafted visual style reflects the spirit of sport and creates a sense of clarity, ease, and fair play.

We carefully analyzed the workflows for running offline tournaments, identified key problem areas, and pinpointed where errors occurred most often. Based on these insights, we designed the mobile app architecture and developed a role-based system - from tournament organizers to regular participants and spectators. Over time, the working atmosphere became so warm that even our partner’s cat, Lulu, and our Simba seemed to become part of the process - quietly “joining” our calls from time to time.

Tournament management used to be a complex and overloaded process. We reworked its logic, broke it down into clear steps, and built a thoughtful UX structure that made the system simple and intuitive to use. As a result, tasks that once took hours are now completed in just a few clicks. The platform scales to more than 200 screens, which made a minimalist design approach a key decision. It helped avoid visual overload while maintaining a high level of technical optimization.

As a result, our partner received a scalable digital platform that became the primary tool for organizing sports tournaments. Roque Sport replaced fragmented and inefficient offline methods with a single digital product built on clear logic and an intuitive structure. A well-thought-out UX architecture and intuitive interface allow tournaments to be organized faster and make the entire process transparent for all participants. The product removed unnecessary complexity and gave users confidence that competition outcomes are determined by the game itself - not by human error.
