Worked on the Smart Agent chat and AI Agent assist solution vertical, which optimizes the response time of support agents for organizations and helps improve their customer experience

Scaled ML products such as document ingestion/answering by making them serve the end-user. These were integrated with KMS and LMS to fetch data from these as well.

Contributed to the integration of our modules with platforms such as Zendesk, to enter the US market.

Created the product strategy for this solution vertical for the upcoming quarters, making sure it aligns with the overall expectations and company strategy.

Defined Prioritisation frameworks for upcoming feature requests from Sales, CS, and other sources to stay in alignment with our vision and mission.

Contributed to building automation features, which reduced the friction between multiple systems and lead to less dependency on agents to manually enter tickets/information etc.
