Contract Management tool

Publishing and licensing client in Germany, who works with music artists and needs to keep their information secure and confidential from the contracts signed with them. Additionally connecting this system to their LMS and KMS for more wholistic information and user experience and make the user aware of the processes around how such contracts need to be managed.

Highly sensitive contracts did not have any proper system to maintain. They were simply on Google drive accessible to anyone in the organization.

A Contract management system within their Enterprise software system, would store the contracts and also allow users to create, edit and delete the same. There were also additional privacy and sharing features incorporated to make the contracts secure and information confidential.
