FigureFlow is an AI-powered financial platform that works like a CFO for businesses. It combines conversational AI (ask any question about your finances and data-driven answers), forecasting tools to predict business performance, Insights, and smart reporting that simplifies financial operations. It also includes localized compliance features like Sweden Annual Report Generation.

This is a website design project done in Figma and handed off for development.
The Goal
The goal of the website design was to introduce FigureFlow to the market with a modern, trustworthy, and product-driven presence. It needed to highlight who it serves (Founders, CEOs, Finance Managers & Teams), communicate its solutions, and visually connect the brand with the product experience through motion and storytelling.
The Challenge
Translate a complex financial product into simple, human-centered storytelling.
Showcase AI features and forecasting tools in a way that feels clear and intuitive.
Speak to two audiences: decision-makers (founders/CEOs) and finance managers & teams.
Integrate new branding into the website design.
Use motion design to demonstrate product workflows and strengthen trust.
My Approach
Discovery & Research
I studied user needs and industry benchmarks (Ramp, QuickBooks, Forecastr, etc.) to identify opportunities to position FigureFlow as a modern, intelligent, finance-first platform.
Content & Structure
Mapped out clear sections: Solutions, How It Works, Pricing, and CTAs.
Designed a solutions section around FigureFlow’s five core offerings:

Live Metrics & Insights
Forecast Tools
Smart Reports
Sweden Annual Report Generation
Integrating Motion & Product Storytelling
I embedded After Effects motion snippets from the product UI into a dedicated “How It Works” section, showcasing FigureFlow’s AI and forecasting features while ensuring the motion was purposeful and clear.
Conversion Focus
The website features a clear pricing section, multiple CTAs to encourage sign-ups, and a fully responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
