During the pandemic where there was limited access to fitness centres, I had the opportunity to work with a fitness and wellness coach and assist him with the digital launch of a unique virtual nutrition coaching program.

In stepping into that role, I created a new Instagram for the brand. The posts were published on a daily basis and focused on creating awareness around fitness and wellness myths as well as promoting a sustainable fitness program.

I was involved with the project during its nascent stage and was able to take it upto 85K followers in 12 months whilst helping countless people on their fitness and wellness journeys. I am so thankful to the team for allowing me the creative freedom to build the skillset I now have as a passion profession with.
