The client had a rough idea of their brand aesthetics and tone, and wanted it to come to life via their Instagram Page.

That was the social media goal my client told me when we had our content planning consultation on how to structure the social media goals to his business goals.
Through our collaborative efforts, we set out to position this global e-commerce clothing brand to stand out from the crowd and have a strong unique identity.
Content Strategy
Instagram was the primary social channel & each post was reposted to Facebook
For content, we decided to share content 4x's a week, and those days being Friday, Saturday & Sunday. This is due to insights into when his audience was most engaged online as well as wanting to provide entertainment to the audience which is more likely to be received on the weekends vs. during the workweek
Keep all content focused on videos since Instagram is focused on pushing video content & make 1-2 of the videos shared each week a reel so the algorithm will push it more to new viewers increasing reach compared to a regular post.
This client saw a 32% increase in followers and 17% increase in website traffic.
I was also responsible for community management which consisted of responding to comments, DM's, & any reposts.
