This project automates lead management by capturing lead data from Facebook ads forms, then seamlessly updating HubSpot CRM with the information. Upon successful capture, an email is sent to the client via Gmail with a personalized thank-you message and a link to schedule a 30-minute discovery call via Calendly. Simultaneously, the team receives an immediate notification on Discord, detailing the lead’s name, company, job title, and contact information, ensuring everyone is aligned and can promptly act on new opportunities. This end-to-end solution saves time, improves responsiveness, and enhances team collaboration.
