This project involves a comprehensive automated hiring system designed to streamline the candidate journey from application to job offer.
1. Utilizing Typeform, the system captures candidate applications and automatically generates tasks within a customized ClickUp hiring pipeline. This pipeline organizes each candidate's progress through various stages: intake, reviewed, first interview, second interview, and hired.

2. Candidates receive timely and customized notifications based on their current stage in the hiring process.
After advancing to the first interview stage, they are invited to schedule an interview via a Cal.com link.
3. Once they reach the second (final) interview stage, they receive a congratulatory email along with a link to schedule their final interview, as well as details on the next steps and job offer expectations.
