VITALEAF is a fictional modern health and wellness brand created as a concept project to demonstrate how strategic social media content can help a wellness company build awareness, trust, community, and product interest.
The project combines content strategy, visual design, educational content, lifestyle storytelling, community management, and conversion-focused marketing.
02. The Challenge
Health and wellness audiences are constantly exposed to similar content online.
The challenge was to create a social presence that felt trustworthy and useful while still being visually engaging and commercially relevant.
The brand needed to avoid becoming another page filled with generic motivational quotes and product promotions.
03. Goals
The campaign focused on:
Building brand awareness
Educating the audience
Creating a recognizable visual identity
Increasing engagement
Building community trust
Showcasing wellness products naturally
Supporting product discovery and conversions
04. My Role
Social Media Manager · Content Strategist · Content Creator · Graphic Designer · Community Manager
I developed the content direction, social media strategy, visual concepts, engagement approach, and conversion framework for the project.
05. Research & Discovery
I considered the interests and behaviors of modern wellness audiences, focusing on educational content, healthy routines, lifestyle inspiration, product education, and community conversations.
The strategy was built around providing value first, while introducing products naturally throughout the customer journey.
06. Content Strategy
I developed four core content pillars:
Educate → Inspire → Connect → Convert
This created a balanced content system where the audience could learn something useful, connect with the brand, discover products, and eventually take action.
07. Educational Content
Educational content focused on practical wellness topics such as healthy routines, everyday habits, hydration, movement, meal ideas, and lifestyle improvements.
The objective was to create content people would want to save, share, and return to.
08. Lifestyle Content
Lifestyle content showed wellness as part of everyday life rather than something complicated.
Morning routines, healthy meals, movement, journaling, self-care, and realistic daily moments were used to make the brand feel relatable and aspirational.
09. Product Content
Instead of making every post a direct advertisement, products were introduced through educational and lifestyle contexts.
This helped communicate product value while keeping the social feed useful and engaging.
10. Community Management
Community management focused on responding to comments and messages, encouraging conversations, identifying common questions, and understanding what the audience wanted to learn.
These interactions could also provide ideas for future content.
11. Engagement Strategy
The strategy encouraged more meaningful interactions through:
Questions
Polls
Wellness challenges
Educational posts
Relatable content
Story interactions
Community discussions
The goal was to build an audience that actively participates rather than simply follows.
12. Conversion Strategy
The customer journey was structured around:
DISCOVER → ENGAGE → TRUST → CONVERT
Educational and lifestyle content attract attention, useful information builds trust, product content creates interest, and clear CTAs encourage the next step.
13. Creative Direction
The visual identity was designed to feel clean, natural, trustworthy, and modern.
I used soft neutral tones, natural lifestyle imagery, clean typography, minimal layouts, and consistent visual elements to create a recognizable wellness brand presence.
14. Tools & Deliverables
Tools: Canva · Kittl · CapCut · Creen AI · ChatGPT · Meta Business Suite

15. Outcome
The VITALEAF project demonstrates how I approach health and wellness marketing by combining strategy, content creation, community, visual storytelling, and conversion thinking.
Rather than treating social media as a collection of random posts, the campaign creates a connected system designed to educate, inspire, engage, build trust, and support business growth.
