I built a brand system for a placeholder software startup whose platform routes incoming requests to the right owner. It starts from an as-found foundation (10 colors, 4 typefaces, 3 logo variants) and consolidates it: the old colors map onto 7 of 10 palette tokens by measured color distance, the four typefaces become DejaVu Sans for the voice and DejaVu Sans Mono for the technology (free license, embedded in every file), and one mark (a request finding its owner) gets light and dark lockups. 10 text pairings are checked at AA, lowest 5.74:1. From the same tokens the build renders a 1440 by 900 platform interface that explains one routing decision step by step, a five-layer technology illustration, a website page, square, portrait and link-card social posts, and a six-slide pitch deck with placeholders for real figures. It audits all 13 graphics and both web pages and writes nothing if any color falls outside the palette (0 of 397 uses), any font outside the two families (0 of 193), or any deck text leaves the 8 px grid (0).
