Develop email campaigns (copy/design coordination, building, QA and scheduling)

Develop marketing materials and assets that align with our brand voice and values

Run a/b tests to optimize existing email flows and new campaigns

Manage list building and segmentation strategy for weekly/monthly/quarterly email campaigns in accordance with the GTM calendar

Analyze performance across email flows/campaigns to improve KPIs, optimize and recommend new opportunities

Coordinate ad hoc marketing initiatives with the broader marketing team and merchandising teams
