It was building a page that communicated why Lumin was different before the competition convinced the visitor otherwise.

Discovery for Lumin AI began with a competitive audit of the AI support automation category — Intercom, Zendesk AI, Freshdesk, and a growing field of AI-native entrants. The research surfaced a consistent gap: most competitors sell on feature count, not outcome clarity. The architecture was structured around a single buyer question: can this be live in 30 minutes and will it actually work? Every section was engineered to answer that question — the 3-step onboarding flow, the real-time comparison table, the insight-dashboard feature block. The design system deployed a clean, high-trust B2B aesthetic with dark-accented UI previews that position Lumin as the premium option without the enterprise price anxiety. At launch, Lumin's marketing team owned a fully editable page — copy, pricing, integrations, testimonials — with no dependency on developers.
