Duties : Drive strategic project management: developing position papers for EXCO approval,

developing business models/cases, estimate and manage capital & operational

expenditure required, developing contractual models and financial models for strategic

projects. Refining feasibility study and assess project viability. Driving implementation

of projects according to business’ expenditure versus current and future revenue, EBITDA & profitability. I manage procurement process in line with National Treasury &

SCM policies. Develop project methodology.

Contribute to achievement of Shareholder’s Compact targets within the Project Management Office. I Initiate, plan and oversee implementation of various construction and engineering

projects. Monitor and control project performance. I am responsible for controlling

project risks. I manage and communicate with project stakeholders. I ensure projects

comply with project framework and business’ corporate governance. I develop

specifications for projects. I present projects to relevant committees. I also obtain

necessary approvals.
