Duties : Planning, implementing & managing multi-disciplinary construction & civil projects, creating project charters and business cases. Liaising with project stakeholders, controlling

quality, obtaining approvals from authorities and stakeholders. Appointing

consultants and contractors in line with tender scorecard thresholds. Managing

construction, managing project scope, costs and timelines. Communicating with

relevant project parties.

Closing each project stage with proper documentation.

I acted as custodian of the Project Governance Framework, monitoring adherence to

required processes and making recommendations for process improvements. Lead

interdisciplinary teams through the scope development and design process to

ensure completeness and minimize impact from changes. I develop and maintain

health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
