Pro Housekeepers is a large-scale cleaning services website designed to make professional home and commercial cleaning accessible across multiple markets in the United States. The platform serves a wide range of customers, from homeowners and short-term rental operators to businesses, healthcare settings, and educational institutions.
I worked on the WordPress website design and development, focusing on creating a scalable, service-driven experience that could accommodate a large number of cleaning services, locations, and customer journeys without becoming difficult to navigate.
One of the biggest challenges was structuring such a broad offering clearly. The website covers regular cleaning, deep cleaning, moving cleaning, post-construction cleaning, short-term rental turnovers, inventory management, laundry services, office cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, healthcare cleaning, organizing, hoarder cleanup, and disinfection.
As a WordPress Developer, I focused on creating a flexible website structure capable of supporting multiple locations and a constantly evolving service catalog. The location architecture is particularly important, with dedicated market information covering cities including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Seattle, Tampa, Washington DC, and many others.
From a WordPress Designer perspective, I focused on simplifying the experience for users who may arrive with very different needs. A homeowner looking for a deep clean shouldn't have to navigate the same journey as a vacation-rental operator looking for turnover services. The interface therefore uses clear service categories, location pathways, prominent calls to action, and straightforward content organization to help visitors quickly find what they need.
The project also placed a strong emphasis on UI/UX design and conversion-focused website development. Booking is positioned as one of the primary user journeys, with the website communicating a simple three-step process: choose a service and time, have the cleaning team arrive with supplies, and enjoy the completed service.
Trust was another major component of the website experience. Pro Housekeepers highlights that its professionals are vetted and background-checked, insured up to $2 million, trained, friendly, and equipped with cleaning supplies. These trust signals are strategically incorporated into the customer journey to reduce hesitation before booking.
I also focused on responsive web design, ensuring that service information, location pages, booking pathways, contact options, testimonials, and calls to action remain accessible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. For a service business operating across numerous cities, maintaining a consistent experience across devices and markets is essential.
Another important part of the project was local SEO-focused website structure. With dedicated location pages and extensive area-served information, the website provides a scalable foundation for targeting cleaning-related searches across individual cities and neighborhoods. This is especially valuable for a multi-location service business where local search visibility can directly support customer acquisition.
The website also incorporates strong lead-generation and booking functionality. Visitors can move from discovering a service to finding their local market and ultimately booking a cleaning service, while customer support is available through phone, email, live chat, and text.
Social proof is another important element of the experience. The website features testimonials from customers and business partners across different markets, reinforcing the company's service experience while giving new visitors additional confidence before booking.
Overall, this project demonstrates my experience with WordPress website development, WordPress website design, multi-location website development, local SEO structure, cleaning service website design, responsive web design, UI/UX design, lead-generation websites, booking-focused websites, service-based website development, and conversion-focused design.
The result is a scalable digital platform designed to handle the complexity of a nationwide cleaning business while keeping the individual customer journey simple, helping visitors find the right service, locate their market, build confidence, and move naturally toward booking a professional cleaning service.
