Summit Ridge Roofers is a premium roofing and exterior protection website designed to turn a traditional home-service business into a polished, trustworthy digital experience. The website focuses on helping homeowners protect one of their most important investments while making it easy to understand available services, explore completed projects, and schedule a professional roof inspection.
The design takes a strong conversion-focused approach, immediately presenting homeowners with a clear value proposition and a prominent Free Roof Inspection form. Rather than making visitors search for how to get started, the primary conversion path is visible from the beginning, creating a direct journey from discovering the company to requesting an inspection.
I designed the website around a comprehensive range of exterior services, including roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage restoration, soffit and fascia, roof inspections, and preventative maintenance. Each service receives its own visual treatment, allowing homeowners to quickly identify the solution relevant to their property.
A major focus of the project was UI/UX design. Roofing websites often need to communicate a lot of information while maintaining trust, and I structured the experience around clear sections, strong visual hierarchy, concise messaging, service cards, project showcases, trust indicators, testimonials, and strategically placed calls to action.
The homepage design follows a deliberate storytelling structure. Visitors are introduced to the company's core promise, followed by credibility metrics, service offerings, recent transformations, reasons to choose the company, customer testimonials, and a step-by-step explanation of the roofing process. This creates a natural progression from awareness → trust → understanding → action.
The project also places significant emphasis on social proof and credibility. Statistics such as completed projects, homes protected, years of experience, and customer satisfaction are presented prominently, while testimonials provide additional reassurance from homeowners who have used the company's services.
The recent transformations section was designed to showcase the company's craftsmanship through real project imagery. Instead of simply presenting a generic gallery, projects are presented as individual transformations, helping potential customers visualize what professional roofing and exterior work can do for their own property.
Another important part of the design was explaining the company's process. The “Four Steps to a Protected Home” section simplifies the customer journey into four stages — from inspection through project completion, helping remove uncertainty and giving homeowners a clearer understanding of what happens after they make contact.
I also incorporated strong lead-generation principles throughout the website. Free inspection forms appear at strategic points, while service-specific CTAs and prominent contact options give visitors multiple opportunities to start a conversation. The final call-to-action section reinforces the urgency of addressing roofing problems before they become more expensive repairs.
From a responsive web design perspective, the layout was structured to maintain its visual hierarchy and usability across different screen sizes. Service cards, project galleries, forms, testimonials, navigation, and calls to action all need to remain easy to interact with whether a homeowner is browsing from a desktop, tablet, or mobile device.
The visual direction combines a premium dark aesthetic with warm neutral tones, architectural imagery, clean typography, and subtle accent colors. This gives the brand a more established and professional appearance while still keeping the website approachable for homeowners.
Overall, this project demonstrates my ability to create modern service-business websites, roofing website design, contractor website design, UI/UX design, responsive web design, lead-generation websites, conversion-focused landing pages, service presentation, project showcases, testimonial sections, and strategically structured customer journeys.
The result is a website designed to do more than tell homeowners what the company offers, it builds confidence, demonstrates expertise, showcases previous work, explains the process, and gives visitors a clear next step toward protecting their home.
