Factory OEE & Continuous Improvement UX/UI

This project was an overhaul of an existing software that was built first by engineers. The application was built to analyze and monitor the production of advanced machining that relied heavily on robotic assistance, products like aerospace and defense parts. In this analysis, customer jobs are analyzed to levels of extreme detail so quality control can catch and even predict problems early. As a part of the overhaul, we created a new design system to enable the developers to quickly generate new custom workflows as client needs arose. Project required building and understanding and applying OEE. My contributions included trying to bridge the gap from advanced and highly technical analysis to maintain detail but make the conclusions more accessible and easy to detect.
