National Logistics UX / UI

Massive refactor of a national gas logistics software that started with consolidating an international network of hardware devices and third-party integrations into a single, streamlined platform. All of the workflows were previously managed by many applications across 9 internal teams, I helped to unify everything in to a single product with consistent patterns, UI, and tools, and helped to design and integrate new features. I helped to standardize the main workflows into simple, repeatable processes, ensuring a seamless user experience concealing the separation of the underlying teams from the end user. This project also involved the creation of a custom design system tailored to the brand and industry, enhancing usability and visual coherence.
