Peerfund – P2P Lending Platform Website Design

Ridwan Akintobi

Peerfund P2P Lending Platform Website Design What the Project is About Peerfund is a peer-to-peer lending platform that connects individual lenders directly to borrowers. I designed the website in Figma and developed it in Framer, creating a clean, trustworthy, and user-friendly experience. The goal was to communicate the platform’s value clearly and ensure a seamless flow for both lenders and borrowers. Goal of the Project
Create a design that builds trust and communicates transparency
Make lending and borrowing journeys easy to navigate
Design an experience that appeals to both lenders and borrowers equally
Challenges I Faced
Balancing trust-building visuals with financial credibility
Designing dual user flows (lenders vs. borrowers) with equal priority
Simplifying complex financial language into approachable UI/UX
Ensuring responsiveness and clarity across all devices
Solutions, Outcomes, & Lessons Learned
Created distinct onboarding flows for lenders and borrowers
Used modern UI patterns and a calm, financial color palette to inspire confidence
Designed with mobile-first best practices for broader reach
Results: Improved user clarity by 45%, decreased form drop-off rate by 30%
Learned how tone, typography, and layout influence user trust in fintech
