I recently switched my health provider to Axa Mansard and decided to checkout their website.
I never felt so much confusion at first glance. The website looked like a brochure and needed to behave like a guide.
I redesigned the landing page around one idea: stop listing everything, start guiding people to the right thing fast.
Every decision came back to the same gap: the old site was a brochure. This one is a guide.
