THE CURRENT SCENARIO

The application process for exhibitors was a time-consuming and uninspiring form
Long, Exhaustive Form
Minimal Guidance
We conducted 10+ stakeholder interviews & on-site research to uncover pain points

WHAT WE LEARNT

The challenge was two-fold : exhibitors lacked resources to ideate, while the Sunday Streets team lacked capacity to support them.
EXHIBITORS
→ Limited time, money & people
→ Unwilling to invest in brainstorming creative, mission-aligned activities
SUNDAY ST TEAM
→ Recieves 200+ applications
→ Very little capacity to guide exhibitors

THE BIG PROBLEM

Most exhibitor booths defaulted to the same familiar, low-effort activities — spinny wheels, hula hoops, plant potting - leading to
Exhibitor Disengagement
Weaker Community Engagement
Reduced Visitor Footfall by 25%
"I have to constantly remind them, that we need more engaging activities—not just a spinny wheel!"
-Manager @ Sunday Streets

DEFINING OUR PROJECT GOAL

Inspire exhibitors to create mission-aligned, unique, interactive activities that generates value and increases visitor engagement

AI INTEGRATION

Our team saw AI as a way to lower the barriers to creativity. Instead of exhibitors spending limited time brainstorming, AI could generate tailored activity suggestions

THE OUTCOME

An AI tool that gives exhibitors interactive, budget oriented booth set ups, reducing brainstorming and back and forth between exhibitors and Sunday Streets
