Dejavuphoto is a startup facilitating photography printing services for users who attend events like sports and vacations, enabling them to purchase event pictures afterward.

The challenge was to inform users about available event photos without seeming invasive.

Trust and clarity were crucial for conversion, requiring a focus on providing detailed information.

To understand our audience and generate accurate user groups, we utilized qualitative methods such as contextual inquiry and interviews.

A survey study was also conducted to collect data about our market segments.
The primary design principle was "give and take and give," emphasizing the need to display sensitive information, collect user data carefully, and create a self-explanatory ecosystem that keeps users informed at every step, from email contact through the purchase landing page.

2. Users are rarely aware of how websites use their data.
3. Clarity is the best friend of uncertainty - balance.
