Building a Knowledge Base for BlazingCDN

This time, the challenge was for me. Getting someone new to do a complex task (CDN Services), trust issues had to be there. So, the client asked for existing work samples and a test article to get started.

The existing work samples set the tone whereas the test article built mutual trust. I got to build the whole knowledge base for BlazingCDN from scratch. Got access to the staging environment, understood how storage via bucket and origin work, what terms like TTL mean, and how Content Delivery Networks actually work.

The knowledge base got built in two phases. I handled both and delivered the final version well before the agreed timeline.
