Emergent3 Knowledge Base Revamp

Racing against time, the requirement was to revamp an existing knowledge base for Emergent 3 in HubSpot.

After being approached, I directly asked for access to the product's staging environment and prepared a structured template for the edits so the client can review and suggest any edits for finalization.

As the template got finalized, I worked directly into the Hubspot service hub. Although the stipulated time was 21 days, I completed the work in 14.
