Poocho is a user research platform where individuals get paid to share their opinions, while researchers gain access to reliable, real-world insights. The platform serves two distinct user groups with very different goals and workflows.

We began with a complete redesign of the Poocho mobile app, built for participants. The focus was on making it easy to sign up, build a profile, join sessions, and track earnings - all with a friendly, clutter-free interface. Once the mobile flow was approved, we expanded the system to design the web app for researchers, enabling them to manage studies, schedule interviews, and review responses efficiently.
