Vettly.ai is a recruitment intelligence tool that helps companies optimize hiring by scanning resumes for essential skills and ranking candidates based on alignment with job descriptions. The goal: simplify hiring for HR teams and improve decision-making with AI-driven insights.

We partnered with Vettly to define a bold, human-centric identity, starting with a clean, approachable logotype that integrates visual cues of collaboration and intelligence. The branding uses a vibrant palette and geometric precision to reflect trust and tech.

On the product side, we designed the full web app UI from ground up. Our process began with deep market research and user journey mapping, followed by low-fidelity wireframes for key flows: job posting, candidate management, interview evaluation, and credit points system. The final interface delivers clarity, structure, and speed, with a consistent component system and intuitive dashboard experience.

From candidate profiles to smart match scoring, every screen was built to reduce friction and help hiring teams focus on what matters most- making the right hire, faster.
