I managed the Facebook, Instagram, and X communities for a client dedicated to self-help book readers. The client aimed to create a supportive literary space where members could openly share their experiences without fear or judgment. I was responsible for everything from crafting engaging posts and moderating comments to answering queries and fostering meaningful conversations. At times, I even guided readers through personal challenges and educated them on the importance of seeking professional help when needed. My role was to ensure a positive, inclusive environment that encouraged honest dialogue and personal growth among community members.
