The Brief

A local optician wanted to grow their online presence, attract new customers, and drive product sales. They were starting from just 100 followers with no structured social media or advertising strategy in place.

What I Did

Over a 2-month engagement, I managed the full social media operation: content creation, ad strategy, and execution. I produced around 50 posts per month across multiple formats:
Static posts — product showcases, promotions, and brand awareness content
Reels — short-form video content to boost reach and engagement
Stories — daily touchpoints to keep the audience engaged
Paid ads — designed ad creatives and built Meta ad strategies to drive traffic and conversions
I handled everything from concept and design to video editing, voiceover production, and ad campaign management.

Results

In just 2 months, the account grew from 100 to over 3,000 followers. The ad campaigns brought in new customers and increased product sales, giving the business a real, measurable return on their social media investment.
