As the Love Garden's social media manager, my main responsibilities were content planning and management of its social media account. Every month, I review The Love Garden's performance across Facebook and Instagram, and create a content plan grounded in both creativity and strategy that aims to promote brand awareness and increase product inquiries and sales.
After months of inactivity, the Love Garden's social media feed needed a refresh to strengthen its brand relevancy, attract more customers, and increase product inquiries and conversions.
The Love Garden enlisted our help to refresh and upgrade its social media content to stay true to its reputation as a luxury floral atelier. Directed by my content strategy, the team took care and effort to upgrade the Love Garden's feed. Today, its curated feed consists of a variety of content, such as creative product promotion, educational information about flowers, nurturing of the community through relevant events, and sentimental brand stories.
