As the Secret Sauce's social media manager, my main responsibilities were content planning and management of its social media account. Every month, I review The Secret Sauce's performance across Facebook and Instagram, and create a content plan grounded in both creativity and strategy that aims to promote brand awareness, educate its audience, and increase service inquiries.
The Problem 📈
Danella came to us with a need to bring life to her business on social media. This project involved creating foundational content pillars to align her content, crafting informational and educational posts to inform her audience, and producing promotional content to bring awareness to her services.
The Solution 📊
Directed by my content strategy, the team took care and effort to upgrade the Secret Sauce's feed. After the project, its curated feed now consists of content aligned with Danella's vision for empowering mid-career women, such as educational information about career growth, nurturing of its community through self-development, and insightful professional stories.
