My Organization is a centralised information powering system that connects all the products under Bharat Carbon!

We used to call it a Sustainable powerhouse holding all the core information that’s been accessible by all the products and it’s modules!

Note: Initially we used to call it “Configurator” later changed the name to “My Organization”

There are quite many challenges to go ahead with this module:

01: It’s not a simple settings page with just a password reset option and a couple of small toggle buttons! It itself looks like a medium sized product holding alot of information & processes!

02: I have to address alot of Information Architecture issues.

03: I have to work on simple and easy to use Navigation system.

04: At some places I have to deal with a never ending list of tabular data with different types of data sets like Images, Text, Labels & Multi additon chains internally!

05: There is a very complex User Management System to be included with this module.

The app mainly have 6 crucial user flows:

Organization: Organization wide data filling.

Value Chain: Supplier, Franchise and connected info.

Org. Hierarchy: Orgnizational wide hierarchy data.

Process Flow: Process flow data.

Data Management: Manage all the data related to the module.

User Management: Manage multiple user types and staff.
