Smithey Ironware – Highly Personalized Email Flows

I helped Smithey Ironware, a cookware company, redesign and set up new emails for their Browse Abandonment Flow and Abandoned Cart Flow.

These flows were highly personalized by which products their customers viewed or added to their cart. For example: If their customers viewed a pan, we would send a dedicated email highlighting their pan and invite customers to come back and shop the pan one more time – pushing them closer to completing their purchase.
