At BidX.ai, I worked on building the first version of their AI-powered bid/grant application assistant to help users automatically create and assess their grant applications against specific competition criteria.

🔧 Key Highlights:

• Integrated OpenAI’s GPT-4o Assistant with Bubble to evaluate applications and generate structured feedback. • Built a full backend workflow to: • Create threads and run AI evaluations • Upload and attach grant files for context • Parse and store structured JSON responses • Developed a scoring engine that classifies eligibility across criteria like SME status, project scope, and budget alignment. • Created a dynamic database structure in Bubble to store evaluations and present visual summaries. • Collaborated closely with the founding team to shape the initial product direction.

🚀 Result: Helped validate the feasibility of an AI-driven compliance tool within a short sprint, laying the foundation for future automation within BidX.ai.
